🐰 Rabbit stops production of R1 - instead of a separate AI gadget, the company made an agent operating system. The new OS3 runs on Windows, macOS and Linux and can independently perform tasks on the computer, work with files and applications, as well as write and debug code. Up to five computers can be connected to one system, and the agent will decide which device and AI model to use for a specific task. OS3 is available for free, but the user will have to connect their own third-party API keys or use open neural networks. But the story of R1 is actually ending: the production of the device has been stopped, the remaining ones are being sold, and R2 is not going to be released yet. Instead, Rabbit is preparing Cyberdeck, a separate OS3-based vibecoding device. Source
