When users ask ChatGPT or Gemini where to get an ultrasound, find a dentist or sign up for a salon, the answers more often include directories and aggregators, rather than the websites of the companies themselves. This conclusion was reached by the ooon.ai platform, which over the course of 36 days asked five AI services 84 everyday questions about Kazakh business and analyzed 2,943 answers.📍 The problem is especially noticeable in Almaty. Of the 944 answers about the city, AI most often referred to 2GIS - 281 times, 103.kz - 150, Yandex - 135, doq.kz - 123. Websites of individual clinics and salons were found much less frequently. The AI ​​services themselves also differ. Specific business websites were mentioned in 4.8% of Gemini responses, 4.1% ChatGPT, 2.2% Groq and 1.6% Google AI Overview.🗣️ The main conclusion of the study: just having a website is no longer enough for a business.
