🏭 Boston Dynamics has begun preparing Atlas humanoids for real work in automobile factories. The company is launching Robotics Metaplant Application Center (RMAC) at Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. This will be a testing and training center where Atlas will be integrated directly into vehicle production processes. RMAC will be testing what factory tasks can be delegated to humanoids, as well as working out how they can interact with existing equipment and employees. Source
