拼多多可能开始将公民购物数据传输到哈萨克斯坦

🛍 Pinduoduo may begin to transfer data on citizen purchases to Kazakhstan. The State Revenue Committee of Kazakhstan and the Chinese marketplace Pinduoduo discuss exchange of information about goods that Kazakhstanis buy on the platform. The parties also discussed taxation of e-commerce and increasing transparency of cross-border purchases. The next stage is the development of technical integration and the procedure for data transfer in accordance with the legislation of Kazakhstan. There is no final decision on the launch of data exchange yet. 🔔 At the same time, the interaction of the KGD with marketplaces is already operating in other formats. Previously, Kaspi, Ozon and Wildberries began integrating their information systems with KGD to transmit information about sales and returns of Kazakh entrepreneurs. 💵 Foreign sites are also registered in Kazakhstan to pay VAT. As of March 2026, 123 foreign Internet companies were registered in the country, including Temu, AliExpress, Alibaba, Amazon, eBay, Ozon, iHerb and Pinduoduo itself. 📷 BlueScreen | Digital Kazakhstan
