Now we want to create a personal assistant for every Kazakhstani,” he said. The company has gone from Kaspiysky Bank to Kaspi Bank and the development of online services. Then Kaspi Store, payments and other services merged into the super application Kaspi.kz. According to Lomtadze, the next stage of development should make interaction with services easier and faster. A person will be able to describe the problem in his own words, and the AI ​​assistant will be able to help find a solution taking into account his needs. “You communicate, set a problem, get a solution,” Lomtadze explained. The first step was Kasper in the Kaspi Store. He helps customers choose products. In the future, the company intends to expand the range of everyday tasks that Kasper helps with.
