Experts from the international IT company IBA Group note that AI assistants in the coming years will become one of the key tools for growth, cost reduction and strengthening the competitive position of companies.

Global business is rapidly moving from experimenting with AI to scaling it up. According to McKinsey, 40% of large companies with revenues over $1 billion are already scaling AI assistants. Deloitte predicts that within four years, 74% of executives will be ready to rebuild almost half of their business processes around AI assistants.

IBA Group experts told us which areas will become more effective from the introduction of AI assistants first. AI assistants provide the fastest and most measurable effect in processes with a large volume of repetitive work, clear rules and accessible data. Such processes include working with documents and e-mail, financial transactions, internal knowledge bases, applications, contracts, reports and client requests.

Let's look at an example. In a large company, an employee may spend a significant part of his working day searching for the necessary information in corporate systems. The AI ​​assistant is able to independently find data in documents and knowledge bases and give the employee a ready-made answer in natural language with links to corporate sources. As a result, the employee receives information in seconds instead of manually searching through dozens of files.

Another of the most illustrative scenarios is checking documents for compliance with the law. IBA Group specialists have already successfully tested a solution in Kazakhstan that analyzes the regulatory framework and compares the downloaded document with it.
